There isn’t much worse than while on holiday with your family and the kids keep complaining that they are bored. A moaning child can very often get on your nerves, but there is a way to get passed this. By visiting places in Tenerife that will be exciting and keep the kids engaged with something then this will stop the moaning and whining. As a parent you want the best for your children and to make sure they are having the best Tenerife holiday they could possibly have, so here are some of the best places to keep your kid from being bored in Tenerife:
One place that will certainly keep your children and the rest of the family from being bored is Siam Park. The Siamese themed water park located in Costa Adeje guarantees a whole day of splash filled fun, with attractions for younger and older children. It spreads across 46 acres and is believed to be one of the best water parks in Europe. Also it was officially opened in 2007 by the Princess of Thailand Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. There are a large variety of attractions at this park suitable for all ages, but the main and most iconic attraction is the Tower of Power. Climb to the top of the tower, and then hold onto your swimwear as you plunge down the 28 metre freefall water slide. Not only that but on your way down you pass through a mysterious aquarium filled with sharks and sting ways.
With only 15 commercial submarines in the entire world there aren’t many places where you get to enjoy the life under the sea while on a submarine excursion. But Guess what?Tenerife offers such a thing at the San Miguel Marina. Loro Parque
Loro Parque is a 33 acre zoo located on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The zoo hosts Dolphin, Orca, Sea lions and even parrot shows numerous times per day, making it a whole day adventure for you and your children. Over the years the zoo has developed into one of the biggest attractions in the Canary Islands. From chimpanzees & Giant tortoise to Penguins and Sharks it really does offer a large variety of animals for people to go and watch and learn more about each animal.
RnB’s Family Bar
The family run bar, RnB’s is located in Los Cristianos, and a very good place to take your kids and your family. It is an English bar that serves all English foods and drinks, this will help anyone with children that are fussy eaters and won’t eat any of the local cuisine. This bar serves homemade burgers, chicken wings, Ribs, full English breakfasts and much more. For those who love their football or any other sport this bar plays live sports on various different TV’s.
